teebillz323@tospal6 @babe254u when I post BS and unimportant stuff do you see how many likes and views I get versus when I post impactful stuff 👀 even the bloggers that can help use their medium to educate the society will never do that but let it be some nonsense that makes no difference in people life…….

olasunbohWhy not start a foundation on physiological disorders n the likes, where people of like minds can come talk to each other that way people’s life would be impacted the more. #seeingashrinkdoesnotmeaniamcrazy
femme_benieThere’s a stigma attached to it mainly in Africa. In Europe your mental health is as paramount as your physical. People shouldn’t be ashamed to talk about it or go see a psychologist / Psychiatrist/ or any type of a therapist for your mental health. So I’m all up for it…
jonesin__Very true. This touches close to home for me. My mother suffers from mental illness. This is very true… they are limited resources, and still lack of development for education. We need more funding for this. Thank you for shedding light 💚
bootilicious_babeThank you very much @teebillz323 for sharing this with us. Lot of us are ashamed of seeking help because of the importance we put in people’s opinions. This is already a beginning. Thank you too @bellanaijaonline and @officiallindaikeji
bolaajibola001Very true… We are just hypocrite
wunmielayeni@teebillz323 tanks for the post it’s helpful cos even teenagers now as emotional n psychological issues if not dealt with it leads to depression then suicide. We need to voice out no matter wat we r going through someone mite be of help

soonmohlarTrue talk most people shy away from it but mental health is total health
ewemehgermanOn point @teebillz323
csbitzA lot of people in this country have mental health issues and little or no attention is even given to them.
nikeskelly@teebillz323 you are very right, but the problem is stemming from the tight’lipped lifestyle africans embraces, and for the wrong reasons; stigma, isolation may make majority of us crawl into the shell, but the damge is grievously damaging.
teebillz323@Delphino_ent that’s where we get it all wrong at. It’s not the madness we grew up to know my bro. Lol it’s the state of our thought process!
