Hi, lovely people.
Today’s opinion pool is quite optional. It’s just what I feel is right, so, no hard feelings.
Are you looking for a job? Be very mindful of some little things.
At the interview stage, you want to impress the interviewers, by proving you have got all it takes to work with their organization, by winning their hearts.
Did you know that what you wear or don’t wear can make or mar your chances of getting that job? Apart from “it’s all by God’s grace” (No doubt about that), your choice of clothing, hair, make-up, colour attraction etc, goes a long way.
Ladies, try not to drop down your hair, pack it up neatly, make a pony tail or donut if you know what I mean. Avoid loud make-ups, it gives wrong signals. God will only help you if you meet a very reserved lady or guy at the panel.
Mind the colours of shirts, dress or even suits you wear. I will advice you wear black suits in all cases. The colour of shirts or camisole should be chosen wisely. Guys, to my opinion, don’t wear pink shirts for an interview; it will only make you look unserious, and not a goal getter.
Maybe, we should stick to white, cream, or blue shirts. Well, I think white or blue shirts for guys is perfect. It’s just my view.
“It’s no big deal” you might say, but, some people are so sceptical about RED.
This colour would make you look too confident, very sharp, and sociable. Wearing RED would make your interviewer think you know more than your actual status, and thus, ask more questions than usual, and if you are the quiet, reserved and shy type, then you are going to be in for a show-down.
Some people just don’t like colour red, and they judge those that wear them, too quickly.
So, going for an interview with red haters at the panel, be sure to be scored low for dressing, all for no reasons.
In a real corporate environment, ensure you wear a corporate outfit. It does not have to be expensive; just try to look neat and cool. It’s annoying when you see those seeking for jobs, wearing just anything, thinking it’s all about their brains that are required.
Brains, matter a lot, because, most organizations want a brainy staff that of course adds the words “neat” and “presentable” to their curriculum Vitae. So, don’t get it all twisted.
Above all, let God take control of the situation, to ensure you meet the right set of people at the panel, who will just love you for no reason, and ask you to spell only your name. Laugh out loud
ALL THE BEST
