The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.
Words are powerful!
Wars have been fought based on what was said and wasn’t said by the warring sides. Agreements mutually entered have been shattered because some disappointing words were said. Lives are hurting because someone somewhere was careless with words. Words are powerful. When words are properly and carefully deployed, they can be soothing and refreshing. They can bind wounds, they can uplift and give hope to the hopeless and the dying. Words are powerful.
”I love you” are the magic words that create wonderful relationships that lead to the establishment of new families. However, it has been proven time and again, that the words ”I love you” is not enough to sustain a relationship.
Have you ever imagined the number of relationships that would have been saved if the people involved genuinely said ” I am sorry” or ”I am very sorry” to their partners?
Some might want to argue ”I am sorry” will not save a dying relationship but I insist it would have made a difference if it was uttered at the right time from a genuine heart. ”I am so sorry or I am very sorry” said from a truly repentant heart can melt even the hardest of hearts.
Try it today and save that relationship that you cherish.
